Pregnancy & Ayurveda

Pregnancy Is Not A Disease, It's A Path Towards 'Life'!

According to Ayurveda, there are four main factors responsible for an effective conception. Rutu (ovulation period ), Kshetram (healthy and favorable uterus), Ambu (proper nourishment & blood circulation) Beejam (healthy zygote of female & sperm of male).

The ayurvedic emphasis is on having a child who is mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually healthy – a wise and well rounded child who will contribute to society and become an enlightened citizen.

Conception takes place due to healthy sperm, healthy ovum and most importantly healthy uterus. Men's and women's reproductive health depends on the health of the Shukra dhatu or reproductive tissue. In women, the Shukra dhatu creates the ovum as part of the menstrual cycle and in men the semen is formed due to sexual stimulation. At Vyas Ayurvedha, with Ayurvedic medicines (like the Kavach Kundal), the fetus is protected from any disease/infection in the mother's womb.

Ayurveda advises couple in great detail concerning the methods to conceive a child with strong health, intelligence and spirituality. A couple is advised to purify and rejuvenate their body and mind in order to create the strongest child possible and to reduce the probability of passing on the handicap of genetic disease patterns. The child's constitutional strengths and weaknesses are fixed at the time of birth so responsible parents can follow all measures to give their child the healthiest start in life.

A couple should consult an Ayurvedic physician at least six months prior to conception in order to undergo the necessary purification and rejuvenation treatments.

Vyas centre is having most effective and result oriented line of treatment for this special era. After so much of experience we can proudly say that.

Ayurveda Philosophy

The sperm and ovum are considered very important, as they are the end result of the metabolism of the preceding six tissues. In this way the reproductive tissue is the cream of all the body's metabolic efforts. If the quality of the reproductive tissue is pure, then the greatest miracle of the body can be performed, that of creating a child. That same life-creating energy if directed inwards can facilitate renewal of our own body and mind.
