What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an art and science of healing, a way of long, happy and healthy living. It literally means ‘to know about life.
How curative object of Ayurveda is achieved?
The first aim is Curative and the second is Prevention and it is achieved by using medicines of Herbal, Mineral, Animal origin, diet and regulating other life activities influencing the health of the body and mind.
What are the principles of treatment in general?
The chief principle is to bring back normalcy in 3 bio energies which are in a state of imbalance. This is achieved by 3 methods.
They are:
   1. Avoidance or to keep away from causative factors by Lifestyle & Diet Advice
   2. Elimination of morbid materials By PanchKarma & Medication
   3. Promoting the disease resistance power by Rasayana Teatment.
What is Panchkarma? and what are they?
Elimination therapy is ordinarily considered as Panchakarma. But these two are not identical. Vamana (Emesis), Virechana (Purgation), Basti (Medicated enemas), Raktamokshana (Blood Letting) and Nasya (nasal therapy) are called as panchakarma (five kinds of therapies). Before applying Panchakarma the preparations of the patient also means that the morbid materials lodged anywhere in the body are brought to elementary canal or near the elimination passage before the actual therapy is adopted. The morbid materials are eliminated through the nearest route from the place where it is mainly located. Post operative procedure includes certain type of diet which help to rehydrate, strengthen the digestion power, soothen the membrane and muscles of the elementary canal and also nourish the body. Palliative medicine will act better after this therapy.
How old is Vyas Ayurvedha?
Vyas Ayurvedha  is functioning since 15 JUNE 2003.
Why should I go for Ayurveda, instead of other system of medicine?
In other system of medicines they treat the disease only, but in Ayurvedic system of medicine being a holistic approach to mankind; it not only treats the disease but treats the patient  mentally as well as physically. It is a natural therapy hence it has no side effect or any complications.
Are Ayurvedic Medicines free of side effects?
Yes, Ayurveda medicines are natural and safe, they have no side effects. Since they are prepared form herbs & minerals after proper processing according to classical ayurvedic methods of manufacturing.
What is TRIDOSHA?
TRIDOSHA means three Body Types which are responsible for performing all activities in the body. In Ayurveda diagnosis is based on Tridosha. It also denotes your body type or body constitution. Every individual has specific body type. If you know your body type and follow its do’s and dont's, you can lead a healthy long life.
What is Pulse examination/Nadi Parikshan in Ayurveda?
In Ayurveda, a disease is diagnosed with the help of three fingers which denotes the specific aggravation of DOSHAs. Ayurveda experts are more capable in diagnosing a disease with the help of pulse examination.

We provide the patients, Daily Regime and Diet Regime along with Internal Medicines which is tailor-made in a user friendly way and is easy to adapt. You can also contact the doctors through mail and we arrange to send the medicine through courier.

How often do I need to practice yoga?
Practicing daily for 45 - 60 minutes is good goal to work towards.

What are the Do’s & Don’t’s during periods?
• Avoid excessive physical work.
• Eat light and balanced food.
• Avoid spicy,oily,junk food etc.,
How can general weakness & tiredness in working women and teenage girls be managed in ayurved?
• Rejuvenating Medicines and Panchakarma procedures
• Diet can include of leafy vegetables ,fruits, milk and cow ghee.
What is normal menstruation?
Menstruation occurring in 28-30 days interval, for 3-5 days which is painless & odorless is called normal.
Is there any treatment for Irregular menstrual cycle?
Internal medicines and panchakarma procedures are recommended.
What should be the diet during pregnancy for Anaemia and healthy Baby?
Cow's milk, Ghee, medicated ghee, all fruits in sufficient quantity, amla, raisins, dates, jiggery, ragi, etc.
Is there any ANC check up and Guidence in Ayurveda?
